The card is representing mystic attraction the seven main feathers are the symbol of the charkas, the two fairies are reminding us the astral world is around us all the time. The colour of the feathers of turquoise, green, blue and indigo are mystic colours, the indigo specially. We also should expand our conscious like the peacocks wonderful feather display and not be afraid of what people think.
 
Suggestion: Try in your daily life to visualise your aura expanding out as far as possible; it is a very good exercise.
